Ikon presents a group exhibition celebrating the art of weaving.

The Ikon gallery will host an AVL Studio Dobby loom, in partnership with Birmingham City University (BCU).

Micro-residencies

The loom will be activated through a series of micro-residencies with West Midlands weavers and artists:

  • Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 June
  • Tuesday 1 July

  • Thursday 3 to Saturday 5 July
  • Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 July

  • Friday 11 to Saturday 12 July
  • Tuesday 15 to Wednesday 16 July

  • Tuesday 22 to Sunday 27 July
