Pay your Council Tax from your BRUM account
To pay using your BRUM account and Council Tax Online you will need to:
- Sign into your BRUM account and view your Council Tax account details
- Select 'Council Tax Online' from the Council Tax section
- Select 'My account details" from the list
- Make a payment using the payment link under 'Popular Services'
You will need your 10-digit reference number to make payment. You can find this in the top right-hand corner of your Council Tax bill.
If you don't have a BRUM account or haven't registered for Council Tax Online
If you aren't registered, you will need to:
- Select 'Council Tax Online' from the Council Tax section
- Upgrade your Council Tax Online account to access additional features by selecting "my account details" from the list
- Make payment using the instructions above
