If you email us
To help us answer your question, provide the following information in your email:
- your full name
- your payroll number
- whether you work at:
- BCC
- BCT
- Acivico
- a school where BCC is your employer – include the name of the school
If you have limited access to the internet
We are moving to digital support in-line with most services. However, if have limited or no access to a computer at work, you:
- can access our pay and grading pages using your own device, if you have one
- can speak to your line manager – they have been briefed on the changes. If they cannot answer your questions, ask them to email your questions to us on your behalf: TellMeMore@birmingham.gov.uk
Depending on your question(s), we can arrange to meet you:
- online through Teams – using your own device or with assistance from your manager
- in-person at the Council House鈥�
